摘 要:合理开发利用马铃薯渣及茎叶饲料化,不仅能够缓解我国饲料资源短缺的现状,还可减少环境污染和资源浪费。本文对马铃薯渣与茎叶的营养特性、饲料化开发及在不同畜禽上的应用研究进展进行阐述,总结马铃薯渣与茎叶饲料化利用的主要制约因素,并提出未来研究重点,为马铃薯渣及茎叶的饲用化研究提供参考,促进我国饲料行业持续健康发展。Rational development and utilization of potato residue and vine feed can not only alleviate the present situation of feed shortage in China,but also reduce environmental pollution and waste.In this paper,the nutritional characteristics of potato residue with vine,and the development of feed in different application research progress of livestock and poultry were described,the potato residue and vine of feed utilization of the main factors were summarized,and put forward the future research emphasis,aimed to provide reference for forage of the potato residue and vine research,promote the sustainable and healthy development of feed industry in our country.
