摘 要:文章采集了不同地区的金属加工液废液,分离筛选出了其中的微生物进行培养,以测试不同微生物及其组合对废液化学需氧量(COD)的去除能力。具体通过选出COD去除率高的微生物或组合,测试其在常规金属加工液不同原料中的适应性。然后以微生物适应强的原料为基础,开发出环保型金属加工液产品。经测试发现新开发的金属加工液的加工性能和稳定性能均可满足应用需求。最后从已使用3个月的金属加工液槽液中取样,与经过优化的微生物进行组合性COD去除率测试,试验结果表明COD去除率可从初始的54%提升至79%。In this paper,the metal working fluid waste liquid from different regions was collected,and the microorganisms in the waste liquid were separated and screened for cultivation to test the removal capacity of different microorganisms and their combinations on the Chemical oxygen demand(COD)of the waste liquid.The paper selects microorganisms or combinations with high COD removal rates and tests their adaptability in different raw materials of conventional metal processing fluids.The paper also develops environmentally friendly metal working fluid products based on materials with strong microbial adaptability.After testing,it was found that the processing performance and stability of the newly developed metal working fluid can meet the application requirements.Sampling the metal processing liquid tank solution that has been in use for 3 months and conducting a combined COD removal rate test with optimized microorganisms shows that the COD removal rate can be increased from the initial 54%to 79%.
