CA72-4、CA242、CA50联合MRI在直肠癌分期诊断中的效能观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖链抗原72-4(CA72-4)、糖链抗原242(CA242)、糖链抗原50(CA50)联合磁共振成像(MRI)对直肠癌分期诊断效能。方法:选取2019年12月至2022年3月我院收治80例直肠癌患者,以同期健康人群40例为对照,评估血清标志物及MRI对肿瘤分期诊断效能。结果:正常人血清CA72-4、CA242和CA50均高于直肠癌各T、N分期患者(P<0.05);随T、N分期增加,患者血清标志物及MRI阳性率逐渐升高(P<0.05);血清标志物联合MRI诊断直肠癌分期准确率较高。结论:血清标志物联合MRI对直肠癌分期诊断有较高指导价值。Objective:To explore the efficiency of carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4),carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242)and carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50)combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of rectal cancer staging.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to March 2022 were selected,and 40 healthy people in the same period were selected as normal controls.The diagnostic value of serum tumor markers as well as MRI on preoperative staging of rectal cancer was evaluated.Results:The serum levels of CA72-4,CA242 and CA50 in normal subjects were higher than those in patients with T and N stages of rectal cancer(P<0.05),and with the increase of T and N staging,the positive rates of serum markers and MRI were enhanced(P<0.05).Serum markers combined with MRI had higher accuracy in diagnose rectal cancer staging.Conclusion:Serum markers combined with MRI has high guiding value on rectal cancer staging.
