摘 要:课程思政是一种教学理念,是一个过程,也是一种教学目标。推进课程思政建设,不仅能够促进学生的健康发展,也有助于教师的专业发展。该研究首先分析了外语课程思政建设呈现出的三个属性,然后分析了大学英语课程思政建设对英语教师专业发展的影响与启示。文章认为大学英语课程思政建设是师德师风建设的加速器,是开阔教师知识视野、提升教师文化传播能力的重要契机,也为教师创新教学设计和改进教学模式提供了新思路。该研究为课程思政建设研究和教师专业发展提供了新视角。Moral education is a teaching philosophy,a teaching process and a teaching objective.Moral education not only promotes students’healthy development,but also advances teachers’professional development.The author in this paper analyzes the effects on English teachers’professional development brought by moral education on the basis of analyzing the features of moral education in college English teaching.The study shows that the integration of moral education into college English teaching can promote college English teachers’professional development,including accelerating their morality construction,broadening their horizon and improving their ability to promote Chinese culture to the world.The idea of moral education also provides a new way to improve teaching design and teaching model.This study can provide a new perspective to study moral education and teachers’professional development.
