高校大类招生现状及学生管理工作研究

摘　　要：随着高考改革和高校本科教学通识性教育的逐渐深入,大类招生在高校逐渐推广并日益得到社会认可,为学生提供了更多的专业选择空间并促进相关专业提升办学质量。文章简要介绍了有关背景和国内外高校大类招生现状,分析了大类招生的优势和存在的问题并给出相应建议。同时结合工作实际,对大类招生实践中学生管理工作遇到的困难和挑战进行分析并给出相应建议。With the reform of the college entrance examination and the gradual deepening of the general education of undergraduate teaching in colleges and universities,the large-scale enrollment is gradually promoted in colleges and universities and increasingly recognized by the society,which provides more space for students to choose majors and promotes related majors to improve the quality of running schools.This paper briefly introduces the relevant background and the current situation of the large-scale enrollment in domestic and foreign universities,analyzes the advantages and existing problems of the large-scale enrollment and gives corresponding suggestions.At the same time,combined with the practical work,the difficulties and challenges brought by the large-scale enrollment to the management of students are analyzed and corresponding suggestions are given.
