摘　　要：研究生班级是高校研究生教育管理的基本单位,同时也是思想政治教育工作的重要载体。新时代,以立德树人和“三全育人”为指导思想,探索研究生班级的建设和管理意义重大,也十分必要。牢牢抓住立德树人这个根本任务,开展多种多样的活动,加强研究生班风、学风、凝聚力和思想建设,实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人,有助于培养造就大批德才兼备的高层次人才。Postgraduate class is the basic unit of graduate education management in colleges and universities,and also an important carrier of ideological and political education.In the new era,it is very meaningful and necessary to explore the construction and management of graduate classes with the guiding ideology of fostering virtue through education and“three-pronged comprehensive education”.It is conducive to the cultivation of a large number of high-level talents with both virtue and ability,by firmly grasping the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,carrying out various activities,strengthening the class style,study style,cohesion and ideological construction of postgraduates,and realizing the whole-staff,whole-process and all-round education.
