摘　　要：新文科背景下,高层次人才培养要面向国家战略需求,体现中国价值同时适应技术革命趋势。国际商务专业硕士“多维跨界融合”培养模式通过实践教学融通发展、多维赋能与学科交叉融合,培养应用型、复合型与创新型高级国际商务人才。国际商务专业硕士“多维跨界融合”人才培养模式创新的实现,需要在组建人才培养联盟、创新教学方法与学生评价方式、调整教师考核评价内容的制度保障下,通过紧密衔接需求与供给,促进人才供需互动平衡、理念革新与制度创新提供支持与保障、多主体参与突破组织界限、产学研协同深化育人模式创新、学科融合与科教融合完善培养体系的路径得以实现。Under the background of new liberal arts,the innovation of MIB talent training mode of“multidimensional cross-border integration”should face the national strategic needs,reflect the value of China and adapt to the trend of technological revolution.The MIB“multi-dimension cross-border integration”training mode cultivates applied,compound and innovative senior international business talents through the integrated development of practical teaching,multi-dimension empowerment and interdisciplinary integration.The innovation of MIB’s“multi-dimensional cross-border integration”talent training mode requires the establishment of MIB talent training alliance,the innovation of teaching methods and student evaluation methods,and the adjustment of teacher assessment and evaluation content.By meeting the forgoing requirements,the realization of innovation of MIB’s“multi-dimensional cross-border integration”talent training mode should be implemented by the paths of promoting the interactive balance of talent supply and demand,providing support and guarantee for concept innovation and system innovation,multi-agent participation breaking through organizational boundaries,industryuniversity-research collaboration to deepen the innovation of education model,and the integration both of disciplines and of science and education to improve the training system.
