摘  要:电动矿卡在下坡过程中再生制动是实现能量回收的一种重要手段。本研究针对矿卡在不同行驶工况的能耗特性进行研究,分别开展电动矿卡与燃油矿卡的行驶工况采集,对矿卡的行驶工况进行聚类,通过数据分析研究矿卡在不同工况下的能耗特性差异,并评估了电动矿卡与传统燃油矿卡的能源成本差异。研究结果表明:电动矿卡在空载上-重载下工况下能获得最多的制动能量回收;相比燃油矿卡,电动矿卡在相同行驶工况下燃料成本能有效降低约83%。Regenerative braking is an important mean to realize energy recovery in the downhill process of electric mining truck.In this study,energy consumption characteristics of mining truck in different driving conditions were studied,driving conditions of electric mining truck and fuel mining truck were collected respectively,driving conditions of mining truck were clustered,energy consumption characteristics of mining truck in different working conditions were studied through data analysis,and energy consumption differences between electric mining truck and traditional fuel oil mining truck were evaluated.The research results show that the electric mining truck can obtain the most braking energy recovery under no-load and heavy-load conditions.Compared to the fuel mining truck,the electric mining truck can effectively reduce the fuel cost by about 83%under the same driving conditions.
