大思政视域下高校学生就业创业能力提升研究

摘　　要：为实现大思政背景下高校毕业生高质量的就业,概述了我国大学毕业生就业现状,分析了高校毕业生就业难的原因,提出了从学校层面上,为解决就业难,就必须打造一套完善的教育管理体系,以立德树人为中心,提升高校学生的创新素养和融入社会实践的能力。探讨了相关对策:构建思政就业协同育人机制,形成全员育人的局面;构建两类课程体系,即高校就业创业课程与社会实践教育相结合,高校就业创业课程与职业生涯教育相融合,实现人才培养的全过程;构建校园就业创业文化氛围,实现全方位就业创业育人;构建高校就业创业育人体系,从而提升大学生的就业创业能力,实现高校毕业生高质量的就业。In order to achieve high-quality employment of college graduates under the background of great ideology and politics,this paper summarizes the current employment situation of college graduates in China,analyzes the reasons for the difficult employment of college graduates,and puts forward that from the school level,in order to solve the employment difficulties,it is necessary to build a complete set of education management system,focusing on moral education and cultivating people,to improve the innovative quality of college students and the ability to integrate into social practice.The relevant countermeasures are discussed as follows:To construct the mechanism of ideological and political employment cooperation education to form the situation of all staff education;Construct two kinds of curriculum system,namely,the combination of college employment and entrepreneurship courses with social practice education,and the integration of college employment and entrepreneurship courses with career education,so as to realize the whole process of talent training;Construct the campus employment and entrepreneurship culture atmosphere to achieve all-round employment and entrepreneurship education;To construct the employment and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities,so as to enhance the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students and achieve high-quality employment of college graduates.
