摘 要:当前车用控制器的开发普遍采用V模型流程,其中测试工作是确保软硬件功能安全的必不可少的环节,在V模型中占有重要的位置。随着计算机技术的不断迭代发展,硬件在环测试作为一种高效且灵活的控制器测试手段,正在汽车研发和制造行业中得到快速普及和应用。文章以正在开发中的某款新能源车的线控制动系统的测试过程为例,简要介绍了硬件在环测试的一般流程和原理,以及其在线控制动控制系统开发中的应用价值。The development of current vehicle control systems commonly follows the Vmodel process,in which testing plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and functionality of both software and hardware.With the continuous iteration and advancement of computer technology,hardware-in-the-loop testing has become an efficient and flexible means of testing controllers,and is rapidly gaining popularity and application in R&D and manufacturing of automotive industry.Taking a new energy vehicle under development as an example,the general process and principles of hardware-in-the-loop testing is introduced,as well as its application value in the development of brake-by-wire system.
