激光扫描检眼镜P200TxE在眼健康体检中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨激光扫描检眼镜P200TxE在大规模眼健康体检中的应用价值。方法选取2021年11月11日至2022年6月30日期间到我院健康体检者随机抽取45°数码眼底照相检查中因眼底像模糊、或患有糖尿病、高血压、中高度近视、飞蚊症者2642只眼的患者为研究对象,采用激光扫描检眼镜P200TxE同步检查,比较两种检查方法在诊断眼底疾病差异。结果激光扫描检眼镜P200TxE检出异常707只眼,异常率26.76%;45°数码眼底照相检查检出异常175眼,异常率6.62%。Optos P200TxE在诊断眼科相关疾病时其检出率明显高于45°数码眼底照相设备,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论激光扫描检眼镜P200TxE是扫频OCT与超广角眼底成像的首次结合,一机多功能;多模式影像一体化设计、彩照、自发荧光和OCT图像可在同一个视图中显示,分辨率高、操作便捷、且高效安全,是防盲、治盲大规模筛查体检值得推广的检测方法。Objective To explore the application value of laser scanning ophthalmoscope P200TxE in large-scale eye bottom health examinations.Methods A total of 2642 eyes with blurred fundus image,diabetes mellitus,hypertension,moderate to high myopia,and floaters were selected randomly from the 45°digital fundus photography among the health examinees in our hospital from November 11,2021 to June 30,2022,the P200TxE of laser scanning ophthalmoscope was used to compare the difference between the two methods in the diagnosis of fundus diseases.Result The abnormal rate of P200TxE was 26.76%(707 eyes)in laser scanning ophthalmoscope and 6.62%(175 eyes)in 45°digital fundus photography.The detection rate of Optos P200TxE was significantly higher than that of 45°digital fundus camera(P<0.01).Conclusion Laser scanning ophthalmoscope P200TxE is the first combination of scanning-frequency OCT and ultra-wide-angle fundus imaging.It is a multi-function and multi-mode image integrated design,color,auto-fluorescence and OCT images can be displayed in the same view,high resolution,easy to operate,efficient and safe.It is a kind of testing method for prevention and treatment of blindness in large-scale screening.
