摘 要:为解决采煤机调高系统采用传统电磁换向阀控制存在精度低、响应慢以及适应能力差的问题,在对电液比例方向阀自动调高原理分析的基础上,对电液比例方向阀的自动调高系统中的电液比例方向、调高油缸以及位移传感器等器件进行重新选型设计;并对传统PID控制器和单神经元PID控制器的控制效果进行对比,为今后实践生产应用提供理论指导。In order to solve the problems of low precision,slow response and poor adaptability under the traditional solenoid directional valve control method of coal mining machine height adjustment system,based on the analysis of the principle of electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve automatic height adjustment,the electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve automatic height adjustment system,height adjustment cylinder and displacement sensor and other devices are selected and designed;and the control effect of traditional PID controller and single neuron PID The control effect of traditional PID controller and single neuron PID controller is compared to provide theoretical knowledge for future practical production application.
