履带式液压钻机在薄煤层中的应用实践

摘　　要：探放水工作是一项要求较高的技术工作,从钻探地点的选取、地质条件分析、施工组织等方面均需详细考虑,而其中钻机的选用与钻探工艺的制定是最为关键的工作。基于此,根据对米山煤矿15103工作面地质条件的分析,选用ZDY3500L(A)型履带式全液压钻机作为探放水设备,利用其爬坡能力强、操作简便的优点制定了相应的探放水措施,并发现了在实际工作中可能出现的问题,大大降低了探放水作业的危险性,为安全生产提供了借鉴经验。Water exploration and release work is a demanding technical task,which requires detailed consideration in terms of the selection of drlling sites,analysis of geological conditions and construction organization,among which the selection of drlling rigs and the development of drlling techniques are the most critical tasks.Based on the analysis of the geological conditions of the 15103 working face of Mishan coal mine,the ZDY3500L(A)crawler type fully hydraulic dilling rig was selected as the water exploration and release equipment,and its advantages of strong climbing ability and easy operation were used to develop suitable water exploration and release measures.
