摘　　要：在全球化背景、新一轮工业革命和COVID-19拉开的后疫情时代下,职业分类、工作场所、工作任务、工作技术和工作方式均发生了巨大变化,新的职业健康与安全风险随之出现,导致劳动者的健康受到极大影响。职业院校学生作为技术技能型人才和准劳动者,在其人才培养过程和人才输入岗位中,均面临着职业健康与安全问题的巨大挑战。为保护劳动者健康与安全,国际国内开始在教育阶段注重职业健康与安全教育,开设独立课程或加入专业其他课程进行教学,但效果良莠不齐。本文就职业院校学生面临的职业健康与安全问题现状进行了综述。In the context of globalization,the new round of industrial revolution and the post-COVID-19 era,great changes have taken place in occupational classification,workplace,work tasks,work techniques and work methods,resulting in the emergence of new occupational health and safety risks,which have greatly affected the health of workers.Students in vocational colleges,as skilled talents and would-be workers,are faced with great challenges of occupational health and safety in the process of talent training and the entry of talents.In order to protect the health and safety of workers,international and domestic emphasis began to be paid to occupational health and safety education in various stages of education,and independent courses were set up or joined into other courses for teaching.However,the results were mixed.The present situation of occupational health and safety issues faced by vocational college students was summarized in this paper.
