交通强国战略下工匠精神与交通文化的耦合研究

摘　　要：我国优秀交通文化是人民在创造交通、发展交通过程中形成的文明成果。交通文化蕴含着交通人“敬业乐业,无私奉献”的职业品质、“服务人民,交通强国”的家国情怀、“刻苦钻研,开拓进取”的行业追求。交通文化和工匠精神存在着耦合因子,二者的目标追求相向、价值取向相通、核心内涵相融。建设社会主义交通强国,需促进工匠精神和交通文化的耦合发展。China's excellent transportation culture is the result of civilization formed by the people in the process of creating and developing transportation.Transportation culture embodies the professional quality of"dedication,joy,and selfless dedication"of transportation personnel,the national sentiment of"serving the people as a transportation power",and the industry pursuit of"assiduous research,pioneering,and enterprising".There is a coupling factor between transportation culture and craftsmanship spirit,with the two pursuing the same goals,values,and core connotations.To build a socialist transportation power,it is necessary to promote the coupling development of craftsmanship spirit and transportation culture.
