摘  要:纵观十八大以来,党中央先后开展了一系列的党内主题教育活动,使党内政治生态明显改善,党员领导干部理想信念更加坚定,干事创业热情更加饱满。立足高校基层党组织,要充分认识到党内主题教育的重要意义,准确把握主题教育的本质特征,强化主题教育的四个突出,即组织层面强化组织领导、落实主体责任;实施层面聚焦教育主题、抓实思想建设;制度层面注重建章立制、确保常态长效;结果层面突出问题整改、抓好整改落实等,以构建系统的工作体系机制,不断增强党内主题教育的实效性。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee has carried out a series of intra-Party themed education activities,which have significantly improved the intra-Party political ecology,strengthened the ideals and convictions of Party members and leading cadres,and made them more enthusiastic about doing business.Based on the grass-root Party organizations in colleges and universities,we should fully realize the significance of intra-Party theme education,accurately grasp the essential characteristics of theme education,and strengthen the four prominent aspects of theme education,namely,strengthening the organizational leadership to implement the main responsibility at the organizational level;focusing on the theme of education to grasp the ideological constructionat the implementation level;paying attention to the establishment of rules and regulations to ensure the normal long-term at the institutional level;highlighting the problem rectification to grasp the rectification and implementation at the result level,etc.,in order to build a systematic working system mechanism,and constantly enhance the effectiveness of theme education within the Party.
