摘 要:近年来,各高校对发展党员严格把关,大力加强入党积极分子的培养考察,但对预备党员的教育管理却相对薄弱。教育管理的过程是施教主体和受教主体的双向互动,教育管理好大学生预备党员既要发挥施教主体的引导力,又要发挥受教主体的能动性。本研究基于以上双主体的视角,结合访谈和问卷调研总结分析了大学生预备党员教育管理的不足和原因,并提出双主体视域下创新一种模式、完善两套体系、强化三种能力的对策,旨在优化大学生预备党员的教育管理。In recent years,colleges and universities have strictly controlled the recruitment of Party members and vigorously strengthened the training and investigation of activists for joining the Party,but the education and management of probationary Party members is relatively weak.The process of education and management is the two-way interaction between educators and educatees.The education and management of college student probationary Party members should not only give play to the guidance of educators,but also give play to the initiative of educatees.Based on the above dualsubject perspective,this study summarizes and analyzes the deficiencies and reasons of the education and management of college student probationary Party members in combination with interviews and questionnaires,and puts forward countermeasures to innovate a model,improve two systems,and strengthen three abilities under the dual-subject perspective,aiming at optimizing the education and management of college student probationary Party members.
