摘 要:本文通过三维全波电磁仿真软件模拟计算得到该吸收结构的吸波性能:在入射方向平行于z轴和四个锑化铟圆柱温度均为T=270K的情况下,在共振频率3.1576THz和3.3877THz处得到两个吸收峰值,分别对应96%和99.9%的吸收率,并且改变锑化铟圆柱的温度会使这两个吸收峰值既可以实现同时调节也可以实现单独可调,即分别同时调整和对应对角线改变锑化铟圆柱的温度,并且结构参数的变化也会使得共振频率发生变化。该结构为设计可调频带吸收器提供了新的思路,在多幅调制器、成像和传感等领域具有广阔的应用前景。In this paper,the absorption performance of the absorption structure is obtained through the simulation calculation of three-dimensional full-wave electromagnetic simulation software:When the incidence direction is parallel to the z axis and the temperature of the four indium antimonide cylinders is T=270K,two absorption peaks are obtained at the resonant frequencies of 3.1576THz and 3.3877THz,corresponding to 96%and 99.9%absorption efficiency respectively.Moreover,by changing the temperature of the indium antimonide cylinder,the two absorption peaks can be adjusted at the same time or independently,that is,the temperature of the indium antimonide cylinder can be adjusted at the same time and the corresponding diagonal respectively,and the change of structural parameters will also cause the change of resonance frequency.This structure provides a new idea for the design of adjustable frequency band absorber,and has broad application prospects in the fields of multi-amplitude modulator,imaging and sensing.
