摘　　要：当大地与海洋相遇,文明的碰撞造就了富有特色的沿海非遗文化.齐鲁大地的文化底蕴,拓展了齐鲁工匠们的胸襟眼界,沿海开放的优势,则赋予其手造创新的灵魂.近年来,山东黄渤海沿岸各市在手造发展之路上百花齐放,又与其他手造根叶相连,成为"山东手造"极富特色的重要组成部分. 以剪为笔绘春秋 位于渤海之滨的烟台,非遗手造品类繁多,传承百年的棒槌花边、精妙绝伦的烟台面塑、巧夺天工的莱州玉雕……而其中最具代表性的当属烟台剪纸.栾淑娟是国家级非物质文化遗产烟台剪纸代表性传承人,一张彩纸,一把剪刀,在她的手中,便可翻飞出万千天地.When the land met the sea,the collision of civilizations brought the characteristic coastal intangible heritage culture.The cultural accumulation of Shandong has broadened the minds and horizons of Shandong's craftsmen;the advantage of opening up in coastal areas has added the soul of innovation to their handicrafts.In recent years,cities along the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea have been thriving on the development path of handicrafts,which havethen been connected with other kinds of handicrafts,and become a characteristic part of Shandong handicrafts.
