摘　　要：恶性肿瘤已成为严重威胁人民生命健康的一类疾病。随着肿瘤免疫靶向治疗的应用,中药已显示出巨大的优势。抗肿瘤中药纳米制剂,在改善药物生物利用度,提高药物对肿瘤组织的靶向性,降低药物毒性方面的优势越发明显。中药纳米制剂用于抗肿瘤免疫靶向治疗虽然还在起步阶段,但相信不久的将来会更加成熟。本文就中药纳米制剂在肿瘤免疫靶向治疗方面的进展进行综述。Malignant tumors have become a serious threat to people's lives and health.With the application of tumor immunotargeted therapy,traditional Chinese medicine has shown tremendous advantages.The advantages of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine nano-preparations in improving drug bioavailability,enhancing drug targeting to tumor tissue,and reducing drug toxicity are becoming increasingly evident.Although the application of traditional Chinese medicine nano-preparations in anti-tumor immunotargeted therapy is still in its infancy,it is believed that it will be more mature in the near future.This paper reviews the progress of traditional Chinese medicine nano-preparations in tumor immunotargeted therapy.
