摘　　要：“3+2”高本贯通旅游管理专业人才培养模式是衔接高本贯通教育和社会就业的关键,能够精准对接旅游产业紧缺的高素质、高技术、应用复合型人才的岗位要求,切实提高人才培养质量。文章以黑龙江旅游职业技术学院旅游管理专业为例,分析该专业高本贯通人才培养模式存在的问题,并对“3+2”高本贯通旅游管理专业人才培养模式的改革与创新进行了探索。The"3+2"Academic Program cultivation mode for tourism management major is the key to connecting higher vocational education,undergraduate education and social employment.It can accurately match the job requirements of high-quality,high-tech and application-oriented talents in short supply in the tourism industry,and effectively improve the quality of talent training.This paper takes the tourism management major of Heilongjiang Vocational College of Tourism as an example,analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation mode of higher vocational education and undergraduate education for this major,and explores the reform and innovation of the"3+2"Academic Program talent cultivation mode for tourism management major.
