复合树脂联合iRoot BP Plus治疗上颌前磨牙继发性牙根纵裂1例

摘　　要：继发性牙根纵裂是导致根管治疗后患牙被拔除的主要原因之一。为提高根管治疗后继发性牙根纵裂患牙的保存率,本病例首次报告了1例前磨牙根管治疗后继发性牙根纵裂的患者,通过意向性再植术,采用复合树脂联合生物陶瓷充填材料iRoot BP Plus分层充填修复裂纹,取得了良好治疗效果。该病例的治疗方法为牙根纵裂患牙的保留提供了一个新思路。Secondary vertical root fracture is one of the main causes for tooth extraction of endodontically treated teeth.To increase the reservation rate of teeth with vertical root fracture,this case report presented for the first time an endodontically treated premolar with vertical root fracture repaired with both composite resin and bio⁃ceramic filling material iRoot BP Plus through the intentional replanta⁃tion,which showed a good treatment result.This case report may provide a new treatment approach for saving the teeth with vertical root fracture.
