LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究对宫颈上皮内瘤变患者采取LEEP刀治疗的效果。方法选取66例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者,遵循随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各33例。对照组采取宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗,研究组采取LEEP刀治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、手术指标、病灶切除情况及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者手术时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者病灶切除深度、高度及面积均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为6.06%,低于对照组患者的24.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈上皮内瘤变患者采取LEEP刀治疗的效果确切,患者手术时间短,术中出血量少,且病灶切除深度、高度及面积均较小,对患者创伤小,术后并发症少,患者愈合时间更短,术后恢复周期更短,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of LEEP knife treatment on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods 66 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were selected and divided into control group and study group with 33 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with cold knife conectomy and the study group with LEEP knife.The clinical effects,surgical indexes,lesion resection and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time and incision healing time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The depth,height and area of disease resection in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.06%,lower than 24.24%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of LEEP knife treatment on patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is precise,the operation time of patients is short,the intraoperative blood loss is less,and the depth,height and area of the disease resection are smaller,the trauma to patients is less,the postoperative complications are less,the healing time of patients is shorter,and the postoperative recovery cycle is shorter,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
