摘 要:通过界定四链的概念和内涵,利用协同理论的观点,对产业链和教育链的内部协同模式以及四链融合的衍生协同模式进行分析,建立起基于协同效应的产教融合四链循环模型。基于模型分析,提出以人才链中人力资源在产业链与教育链各节点中的共享和循环为基础,在产业链和教育链各自形成内部协同效应的基础上,通过创新链的产出实现衍生协同效应。同时,基于四链协同的产教融合建设,从协同教学、协同育人、协同就业和协同创新四方面为产教融合人才培养路径提出建议和对策。By defining the concept and connotation of the four chains and utilizing the viewpoint of synergy theory,the internal synergy mode of the industrial chain and the educational chain as well as the derivative synergy mode of the four-chain fusion are analyzed,and the four-chain cycle model of industry-education fusion based on synergy effect is established.Based on the analysis of the model,it is proposed that based on the sharing and circulation of human resources in the talent chain in each node of the industry chain and the education chain,the derived synergy effect is realized through the output of the innovation chain on the basis of the formation of internal synergy effect in each of the industry chain and the education chain.At the same time,based on the construction of industry-education integration with four-chain synergy,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the talent cultivation path of industry-education integration in four aspects,namely,collaborative teaching,collaborative education,collaborative employment and collaborative innovation.
