高校财务网络化报销平台的构建--以河北科技工程职业技术大学为例

摘　　要：针对高校财务“报账难”的问题,在分析传统报销流程的基础上,构建了高校财务网络化报销平台,并利用网络重构优化了报销流程,实现了报账过程中的报、审、核三个环节的分离,实现了报销人员、审批人员、财务人员之间高效沟通,避免了报账人员现场报销排队等待时间过长和跑空趟次数过多,节省所有参与人员的时间和精力。Aiming at the problem of"reimbursement difficulty"in colleges and universities,a web-based platform is built and the reimbursement process is optimized through network reconstruction,based on the analysis of traditional reimbursement process,which realizes the separation of the three links in the process of reimbursement,examination and verification,realizes the efficient communication among reimbursement personnel,approval personnel and financial personnel,solves the problem of long waiting time and the number of empty trips,and saves the time and energy of all the participants.
