摘　　要：近年来各高校和科研单位毕业研究生规模屡创新高,就业形势愈发严峻。在新就业形势下,研究生就业方式、就业选择、就业信息来源等与之前相比发生很大的变化。以Z农业科研单位历年研究生就业情况为样本,分析新就业形势对样本单位毕业生就业的影响,探究提升样本单位毕业生就业服务的实践与思考,探索农科研究生顺利就业的路径及举措。In recent years,the number of graduate students in major universities and scientific research institutions has reached new highs.However,under the comprehensive impact of public health emergencies and the impact of multiple unexpected factors on the economy,the employment situation is grim.Under the new employment situation,the employment mode,employment choice and employment information source of graduate students have changed greatly compared with before.This study takes the employment situation of graduate students of the Z Agricultural Research Institution over the years as a sample,analyzes the impact of new employment situation on the employment of graduates of this institution,introduces the practice and thinking of improving the employment service of graduates of this institution,and explores the path and measures for improving the employment of agricultural graduate students.
