高校服务乡村建设的工作方法及策略

摘　　要：高校服务于乡村建设,基于实践调查和实践验证是根本。高校为做好服务乡村建设,在学术服务方面应以乡建理论、农业4.0和县域经济理论为指导;在生态科技服务方面,应提供农业生态服务和乡村工业的常态化服务;在文化教育服务方面,应发展劳动教育、自然科学通识教育、社会科学通识教育;在金融服务方面,应培养“三农”领域的金融人才,创新金融工具、金融规则。It is fundamental for colleges and universities to serve rural construction based on practical investigation and verification.In order to serve rural construction well,the academic service is guided by rural construction theory,Agriculture 4.0 and“county economy”theory.In terms of ecological science and technology services,it is necessary to carry out agricultural ecological services and rural industry normalized services.In terms of cultural and educational services,labor education,general education of natural science and general education of social science should be developed.In terms of financial services,we should devote ourselves to the cultivation of financial talents in the fields of agriculture,and innovate financial instruments and financial rules.
