摘　　要：就业精准帮扶是精准资助思想的体现和落实,对于经济困难学生的成长具有重要意义。通过阐释家庭经济困难生、就业精准帮扶的含义,分析对家庭经济困难学生开展就业帮扶的重要性,研究探讨精准资助视域下职业院校家庭经济困难学生就业帮扶体系构建方式,以期能够对家庭经济困难学生提供更加高效的帮助。Employment precise assistance is the embodiment and implementation of the concept of precise funding,and is of great significance for the growth of college students with financial difficulties.By explaining the meaning of students with financial difficulties and precise employment assistance and analyzing the importance of providing employment assistance for students with financial difficulties,this study explores the construction of the employment assistance system for students with financial difficulties in vocational colleges from the perspective of precise funding,with a view to providing more efficient assistance to college students with financial difficulties.
