高职院校实训室全过程集成化管理研究——以江苏经贸职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：运用现代管理学理论,从计划、组织、领导、控制等方面详细分析高职院校实训室管理现存的问题。为了提升实训室管理效能,建议采取实训室全过程集成化管理策略,建立前馈—反馈管理控制系统模型,从安全管理、基础管理、信息平台建设等方面进行集成化管理。Using modern management theory,this article analyzes in detail the outstanding problems in the management of higher vocational colleges training rooms from the processes of planning,organization,leadership,and control.In order to improve the management efficiency of the training room,it is suggested to adopt the whole process integrated management strategy of the training room,establish the feedforward-feedback management control system model,and carry out integrated management from the aspects of security management,basic management,and information platform construction.
