兼职教师队伍建设的江苏实践——高职院校产业教授选聘制度演进及实践成效研究

摘　　要：我国兼职教师队伍建设政策经历了从最初的“可以”“吸收”“支持”,到“加强”“鼓励”“大量”“必须”的渐进式变迁。在此过程中,高职院校兼职教师队伍建设亦面临政策刚性约束不强、学校认识水平不均衡和管理水平不高以及兼职教师身份认同感不高、职业成就感低、流动性大、主动性不足等问题。研究江苏高职院校产业教授选聘制度的演进及实践成效,探索兼职教师和“双师型”教师队伍建设的新的有效途径。The policy for the construction of part⁃time teachers team in China has undergone a gradual transformation from initial“can”,“absorb”,and“support”to“strengthen”,“encourage”,“a large number”,and“must”.In this process,the construction of part⁃time teachers team in vocational colleges also faces problems such as weak policy rigidity constraints,imbalanced school awareness and management level,as well as low sense of identity and professional achievement,high mobility,and insufficient initiative of part⁃time teachers.This article introduces the evolution and practical effectiveness of the industry professor selection system in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges,and explores new and effective ways for the construction of part⁃time teachers team and double⁃position teachers team.
