脑电生物反馈仪联合奥氮平片治疗单纯型精神分裂症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨单纯型精神分裂症(SP)患者给予脑电生物反馈仪联合奥氮平片治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1-12月三明市康复疗养院收治的90例单纯型SP患者,以随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予奥氮平片治疗,研究组给予脑电生物反馈仪联合奥氮平片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、社会功能及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组完成分类数评分高于治疗前,持续错误数评分低于治疗前,且研究组完成分类数评分高于对照组,持续错误数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为31.11%,高于对照组的26.67%,但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单纯型SP患者给予脑电生物反馈仪联合奥氮平片治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者认知功能、社会功能,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroencephalogram biofeedback instrument combined with Olanzapine Tablets in the treatment of simple schizophrenia(SP).Method:A total of 90 patients with simple SP who were admitted in Sanming Rehabilitation Sanatorium from January to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine Tablets,and the study group was treated with electroencephalogram biofeedback instrument combined with Olanzapine Tablets.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,social function and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 71.11%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of completed categories in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of continuous errors were lower than those before treatment,additionally,the score of completed categories in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of continuous errors was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the personal and social performance scale(PSP)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 31.11%,which was higher than 26.67%in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simple SP patients treat with electroencephalogram biofeedback instrument combined with Olanzapine Tablets can improve the clinical efficacy,cognitive function and social function,and the safety is high.
