摘　　要：目的:探究23G微创玻璃体切割手术联合内界膜剥离术在黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年6月-2021年10月建湖建阳眼科医院接诊的82例黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式将患者分为单一手术组[41例(41眼),23G微创玻璃体切割手术]和联合手术组[41例(41眼),23G微创玻璃体切割手术联合内界膜剥离术]。比较两组手术时间、住院时间、治疗前后视力水平及术后并发症发生情况。结果:联合手术组手术时间、住院时间短于单一手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组视力水平均高于治疗前,且联合手术组高于单一手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合手术组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于单一手术组的21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:23G微创玻璃体切割手术联合内界膜剥离术治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者,可缩短手术时间、住院时间,提高视力水平,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of 23G minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling in macular hole retinal detachment.Method:The clinical data of 82 patients with macular hole retinal detachment who admitted to Jianhu Jianyang Eye Hospital from June 2017 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the single operation group[41 cases(41 eyes),23G minimally invasive vitrectomy]and the combined operation group[41 cases(41 eyes),23G minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling]according to the treatment methods.The operation time,hospitalization time,visual acuity before and after treatment and postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Result:The operation time and hospitalization time of the combined operation group were shorter than those of the single operation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the visual acuity of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and which of the combined operation group was higher than that of the single operation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the combined operation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 21.95%of the single operation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:23G minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling in macular hole retinal detachment can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,improve visual acuity and reduce the incidence of complications.
