摘　　要：针对目前水泥厂包装车间水泥灌装工序中采用人工插袋的弊端,设计开发了一种摆臂式水泥包装自动插袋系统。详细阐述系统组成结构及工作原理,分析系统插袋过程控制原理和运行逻辑,列举系统关键技术参数。整套设备结构可靠、控制逻辑合理、运行稳定、自动化程度高,市场应用前景广。In view of the disadvantages of manual bag fixing in the cement flling process of cement packing workshop at present,a kind of automatic bag fixing system for cement packing with swing arm was designed and developed.The structure and working principle of the system are described in detail,the control principle and running logic of the bag inserting process are analyzed,and the key technical parameters of the system are listed.The whole set of equipment has reliable structure,reasonable control logic,stable operation,high automaticity,and broad prospects of market application.
