农村居民点用地集约利用评价及阻碍因子诊断研究——以江苏省睢宁县为例

摘　　要：农村居民点用地集约是实现可持续农村发展的重要方向。研究基于ArcGIS平台,以江苏省睢宁县16个村镇为研究对象,从农村居民点土地利用强度、农村居民点投入强度、农村居民点空间布局紧凑度以及农村居民点产出效益4个维度构建了农村居民点用地集约利用评价指标体系。通过SPSS聚类分析和阻碍诊断模型分析睢宁县16个镇农村居民点用地集约利用水平和影响度大小,结果表明:(1)睢宁县16个村镇农村居民点用地集约利用水平可以归纳为4大类;(2)研究区农村居民点土地利用强度以及农村居民点投入强度较低;(3)睢宁县各村镇农村居民点集约利用水平在准则层上均存在一定差异,突出表现在空间紧凑度;(4)对于农村居民点集约利用水平影响度排名前五的指标分别为经济空间密度、人口空间密度、人均GDP、城镇化率和人均居民点用地面积。研究结果可为政府和相关部门制定具有针对性的治理政策和措施提供参考,推动农村居民点用地的集约利用和可持续发展。这对促进农村发展、优化土地利用格局具有重要意义。The intensive utilization of land in rural residential areas is a crucial direction for achieving sustainable rural development.This study,based on the ArcGIS platform,focuses on 16 villages and towns in Suining county,Jiangsu Province.A comprehensive evaluation index system for the intensive land use in rural residential areas was constructed,encompassing land use intensity,input intensity,spatial compactness,and output efficiency.Through SPSS cluster analysis and obstacle diagnosis modeling,the levels and influencing factors of intensive land use in rural residential areas were analyzed.The results indicate the following:(1)The intensive land use levels in the 16 villages and towns of Suining county can be classified into four categories.(2)The land use intensity and input intensity in the study area are relatively low.(3)There are certain differences in the levels of intensive land use among the villages and towns of Suining county,particularly in terms of spatial compactness.(4)The top five indicators influencing the level of intensive land use in rural residential areas are economic spatial density,population spatial density,per capita GDP,urbanization rate,and per capita residential land area.The research findings can provide valuable references for the government and relevant departments in formulating targeted governance policies and measures to promote the intensive utilization and sustainable development of rural residential land.This is of great significance for promoting rural development and optimizing land use patterns.
