摘  要:研究纤维素酶辅助索氏提取油茶叶中精油的工艺条件。通过单因素试验设计,对影响精油得率的酶添加量、提取时间及料液比等因素进行探究,然后利用Design Expert 8.0软件进行Box-benhnken试验设计,酶添加量、提取时间及料液比为独立变量,精油得率为响应值进行方差分析和多项式拟合回归,建立回归数学模型。结果表明,在酶添加量2%,料液比1∶40(g∶m L)下回流提取7 h,油茶叶精油得率为(1.203±0.015)%。The technological conditions of cellulase assisted soxhlet extraction of essential oil from oil tea were studied.Through the single factor experimental design,the factors affecting the yield of essential oil,such as the amount of enzyme added,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio,were explored,and then the box benhnken experimental design was carried out by using the design expert 8.0 software.The amount of enzyme added,extraction time and solid-liquid ratio were independent variables,and the yield of essential oil was the response value for variance analysis and polynomial fitting regression,and the regression mathematical model was established.The results showed that under the condition of enzyme addition of 2%and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40(g∶mL),the yield of essential oil of Camellia oleifera was(1.203±0.015)%.
