摘　　要：本文介绍了组织级项目管理的内容,在分析企业在进行多项目管理时普遍存在的问题和挑战的基础上,结合某研究所在多项目管理中的实践情况对组织级项目管理进行了研究。某研究所属于典型的科研院所,通过对其组织级项目管理模式的研究和总结,能够为同类科研院所提供横向的借鉴。This paper introduces the content of organizational project management.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems and challenges in the multi-project management of enterprises,the OPM is studied in combination with the practices of X Institute in the multi-project management.X Institute is a typical research institute,the horizontal reference can be provided for similar research institute through the study and summary of its OPM mode.
