摘 要:目的分析结直肠癌组织中CDC6、DEK、β-catenin蛋白的表达及临床病理性质,并探讨三者表达的相关性。方法选取结直肠癌(实验组)及对应的癌旁黏膜组织(对照组),每组52例。免疫组化检测2组CDC6、DEK、β-catenin蛋白水平,探讨其与患者临床病理性质的关联,并研究它们之间的相关。结果CDC6、DEK、β-catenin蛋白的表达在实验组阳性率分别为80.77%(42/52)、84.62%(44/52)、65.38%(34/52),在对照组阳性率分别为3.85%(2/52),7.69%(4/52),23.08%(12/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);结肠癌中,CDC6、DEK、β-catenin蛋白高表达均与结肠癌的T分期、临床分期、脉管侵犯呈相关性(P<0.05),且DEK蛋白的表达还与结肠癌分级呈相关性(P<0.05),三种蛋白相互之间具有正相关性。结论CDC6、DEK、β-catenin表达增高与结直肠癌的进展有关,且互相存在正相关,可用作判断结直肠癌预后的潜在参数和药物靶点。Objective To analyze expression and clinicopathological properties of cell division control protein 6(CDC6),DEK proto-oncogene(DEK),andβ-catenin in colorectal cancer,and their correlation.Methods A total of 52 colorectal cancer tissues(experimental group)and 52 paracancerous mucosa tissues(control group)were collected.Protein expressions of the CDC6,DEK andβ-Catenin were detected by immunohistochemistry.Their correlation with the clinicopathological properties of colorectal cancer patients was analyzed.Moreover,correlation between their expression levels was identified.Results There were significant differences in the positive rates of CDC6[80.77%(42/52)vs 3.85%(2/52)],DEK[84.62%(44/52)vs 7.69%(4/52)],andβ-catenin[65.38%(34/52)vs 23.08%(12/52)]between experimental group and control group(all P<0.01).The high expressions of the three proteins was correlated with the T staging,clinical stage and vascular invasion of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).The protein expression of DEK was also correlated with the clinical grade of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).The three proteins were positively correlated with each other.Conclusion Overexpression of CDC6,DEK,andβ-catenin are correlated with the progression of colorectal cancer and they present a positive correlation with each other.They can be used as potential prognostic biomarkers and drug targets for colorectal cancer.
