摘　　要：化疗是胃癌的主要临床治疗方法。随着肿瘤的发展,多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR)已成为一种普遍现象,它降低了化疗的效果,使进展期胃癌的生存率瓶颈期难以打破。因此,探索胃癌MDR逆转剂是目前治疗的重点和难点。目前,对胃癌耐药机制的研究不断深入,揭示了不同的MDR途径和靶点,为研究逆转药物奠定了坚实的基础。中药作为一种天然药物,具有低毒、安全、有效的特点。它能通过多种途径和机制抑制肿瘤的发生、生长和转移,逆转MDR,其病理作用近年来成为研究热点。中药逆转剂主要分为中药单体、中成药和中草药复方。中药MDR逆转剂具有一定的数量和优势,在临床治疗中发挥重要作用,在胃癌治疗中显示出巨大的潜力。Chemotherapy is the main clinical treatment for gastric cancer.With the development of tumors,multidrug resistance(MDR)has become a common phenomenon,which lowers the efficacy of chemotherapy and the survival rate in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Therefore,exploring multidrug resistance reversal agents for gastric cancer is the focus and challenge of current treatment.At present,the research on the mechanisms of drug resistance in gastric cancer is constantly conducted,revealing various pathways and targets for MDR,and laying a solid foundation for the study of reversal drugs.As a natural medicine,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is characterized by low toxicity,high safety and high efficacy.It can inhibit the occurrence,growth and metastasis of tumors and reverse MDR through many pathways and mechanisms.The pathological role of TCM has become a research hotspot in recent years.TCM reversal agents are mainly divided into TCM monomers,Chinese patent medicines,and Chinese herbal compound formulas.TCM multidrug resistance reversal agents are featured by the large number and significant functions,showing the great potential in the treatment of gastric cancer.
