摘　　要：主导眼是同手、耳、脚等成对器官在人类身体上表现出一侧优势的功能。许多眼科疾病如眼视光等疾病的诊断和治疗离不开主导眼的确定及形成机制。虽然对主导眼的认识不像利手那样深入并达成共识,但研究者一直在探索主导眼的道路上不断前进。本综述主要对主导眼的检查方法、形成机制、临床应用和最新研究进展等做一综述。The dominant eye is the function of paired organs such as hands,ears,and feet that show one side advantage in the human body.The diagnosis and treatment of many ophthalmic diseases such as optometry are inseparable from the determination and formation mechanism of the dominant eye.Although the understanding of the dominant eye is not as deep and consensus as the handedness,researchers have been on the road to explore the dominant eye.This review mainly reviews the examination methods,formation mechanism,clinical application and the latest research progress of the dominant eye.
