阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月在成都市第二人民医院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者52例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各26例。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用小剂量氯氮平。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后症状评分、治疗后体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀围比值(WHR)、血清瘦素(leptin)、脂联素(Adi)和胰岛素(INS)水平,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者症状评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者BMI、WHR及血清Leptin、Adi、INS水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(15.39%)低于对照组(23.08%),但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑联合小剂量氯氮平治疗精神分裂症效果较好,可提高治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,且具有良好的用药安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of aripiprazole combined with low dose clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 52 patients with schizophrenia who received treatment in Chengdu Second People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 26 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with low dose clozapine on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,symptom score before and after treatment,body mass index(BMI),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR),blood leptin(leptin),adiponectin(Adi)and insulin(INS)levels were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in BMI,WHR,serum leptin,Adi and INS levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(15.39%)was lower than that in control group(23.08%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Aripiprazole combined with low dose clozapine is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has good drug safety.
