摘　　要：心房颤动(简称房颤)是最常见的快速性心律失常之一,它是美国发病率最高的心律失常类型,在我国的发病率也仅次于室性早搏,而且房颤的发病率会随着年龄的增长而增加,致残率和致死率均较高。近年来,医学技术的进步帮助我们对房颤有了更深入的了解,外科治疗房颤的手段也随之不断创新进步。Cox迷宫Ⅲ型手术是房颤外科治疗的标准术式,但外科医师们又发展出了利用不同能源消融的Cox迷宫Ⅳ型手术、Wolf微创迷宫手术以及杂交消融等多种治疗方法。现对房颤外科治疗的发展历程及现状作一综述如下。Atrial fibrillation(abbreviated as atrial fibrillation) is one of the most common tachyarrhythmias,and it is the type of arrhythmia with the highest incidence rate in the United States.In my country,the incidence rate is second only to ventricular premature beats,and the incidence rate of atrial fibrillation will increase with age,and the disability rate and mortality rate are high.In recent years,advances in medical technology have helped us gain a deeper understanding of atrial fibrillation,and the means of surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation have also continued to innovate and progress.Cox maze type Ⅲ surgery is the standard surgical treatment for atrial fibrillation,but surgeons have developed a variety of treatment methods such as Cox maze type Ⅳ surgery using different energy ablation,Wolf minimally invasive maze surgery,and hybrid ablation.The development history and current status of surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation are summarized as follows.
