摘 要:目的 探讨急诊心肺复苏床旁模拟培训优化及心肺复苏操作质量。方法 择取2019年4月-2021年4月本院急诊科急救人员共计40例培训对象,依照培训时间分设两组。2019年4月-2020年4月应用LBL教学模式,设为LBL组;2020年5月-2020年4月应用床旁模拟培训教学模式;设为床旁教学组。对比两组疲劳时间、平均正确定位次数、平均频率、按压幅度≥5cm次数、胸壁完全回弹次数理论成绩、操作成绩及教学达标率情况。结果 床旁教学组在心肺复苏操作中正确定位次数、按压次数均值,≥100次/分钟按压次数,≥5cm按压幅度次数及胸壁完全回弹次数均高于LBL组,疲劳时间长于LBL组(均P<0.05);床旁教学组在2min内心肺复苏按压定位、幅度及胸壁回弹率情况均优于LBL组(均P<0.05);床旁教学组理论成绩与操作成绩均高于LBL组(均P<0.05)。床旁教学组教学达标率和理论成绩、操作成绩均高于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论 心肺复苏术为医护人员应掌握的基本急救技能,培训时应严格按照心肺复苏指南为指引,引进苏醒安妮教学模型开展床旁培训,全真模拟心肺复苏抢救现场,注重理论知识与实践知识同步培训,提升心肺复苏仪操作质量。Objective Discussion on the optimization of bedside simulation training and operation quality of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods A total of 40 first-aid personnel in the emergency department of our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the training time.From April 2019 to April 2020,I will apply the LBL teaching mode and set it as the LBL group;May 2020-April 2020:Apply the bedside simulation training and teaching mode;Set up as the bedside training teaching group.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation compression quality,location,range and chest wall rebound rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation compression,theoretical performance,operational performance and teaching standard reaching rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the bedside teaching group,the number of correct positioning and the average number of compressions during the cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation,the number of compressions≥100 times/min,the number of compressions≥5cm,and the number of full chest wall rebounds were all higher than those of the LBL group,and the fatigue time was longer than that of the LBL group(all P<0.05);The position,amplitude and chest wall rebound rate of resuscitation in the bedside teaching group were better than those in the LBL group(all P<0.05);the theoretical and operational performances of the bedside teaching group were higher than those in the LBL group(all P<0.05)).The teaching standard rate,theoretical scores,and operational scores of the bedside teaching group were higher than those of the LBL group(P<0.05).Conclusion CPR is the basic first aid skills that medical staff should master.The training should strictly follow the guidance of the awakening Annie teaching model to carry out by-bed training,full true simulation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation site,pay attention to the synchronous training of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge,and improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation operation.
