摘 要:目的 分析不同矫治器对口腔正畸患者牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度、牙龈指数的影响。方法 选择医院2019年10月至2021年1月诊治的口腔正畸患者80例,使用随机数字分组法将其分成Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组,例数均为40例。Ⅰ组患者使用固定矫治器治疗,Ⅱ组患者使用无托槽隐形矫治器治疗。比较两组患者牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度、牙龈指数。结果 治疗前两组患者牙周探诊深度差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组患者在治疗1个月(2.31±0.14)和3个月(2.68±0.26)牙周探诊深度小于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者牙齿松动度差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组患者在治疗1个月(18.36±2.19)和3个月(15.87±2.16)牙齿松动度低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者牙龈指数差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组患者在治疗1个月(0.74±0.03)和3个月(0.99±0.06)牙龈指数高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。结论 无托槽隐形矫治器能显著改善牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度、牙龈指数,有利于口腔畸形矫正效果,建议使用。Objective To investigate the effect of different appliances on probing depth,tooth mobility and gingival index in orthodontic patients.Methods Eighty patients underwent orthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 40 cases.Group I received fixed appliance,while group I received invisalign appliance.Then the probing depth,tooth mobility and gingival index were compared between the groups.Results The probing depth showed no significant difference between the two groups at the baseline,while the probing depth at post-treatment 1 month and 3 months was(2.31±0.14)and(2.68±0.26)in group II,which was significantly lower than that of group I at corresponding time points(P<0.05).The tooth mobility showed no significant difference between the two groups at the baseline,while the tooth mobility at post-treatment 1 month and 3 months was(18.36±2.19)and(15.87±2.16)in group II,which was significantly lower than that of group I at corresponding time points(P<0.05).The gingival index showed no significant difference between the two groups at the baseline,while the gingival index at post-treatment 1 month and 3 months was(0.74±0.03)and(0.99±0.06)in group I,which was significantly higher than that of group I at corresponding time points(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of invisalign appliance in orthodontic treatment can effectively ameliorate the probing depth,tooth mobility and gingival index,which is worthy of recommendation.
