摘 要:为实现沼液产品的增值化,采用浓缩沼液与芽孢杆菌复配制备含芽孢杆菌沼液肥,通过种子发芽试验和皿内抑菌试验探究了含芽孢杆菌沼液肥的促生和抑菌效果。结果表明:含芽孢杆菌沼液肥可以显著促进作物发芽,并对土传病原真菌具有抑制作用。其中,稀释1000倍的含芽孢杆菌沼液肥可以显著促进种子萌发和生长,对种子根长的促进作用最强。与对照相比,25℃室温条件下存放1个月的含芽孢杆菌沼液肥的1000倍稀释液处理的黄瓜、小麦和白菜种子根长分别增加了73.3%、45.2%和51.7%。含芽孢杆菌沼液肥对病原菌生长的抑制作用随着稀释倍数增加逐渐降低,但在本试验的浓度范围内抑菌率均高于60.0%。其中,存放1个月的含芽孢杆菌沼液肥的10000稀释液对尖孢镰刀菌黄瓜专化型(F.oxysporum f.sp.Cucumerinum)、尖孢镰刀菌番茄专化型(F.oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici)和茄镰孢菌(Fusarium solani)的抑菌率分别高达65.3%、72.6%和79.5%。综上,浓缩沼液中添加芽孢杆菌可以显著提高其促生和抑菌效果。The use of biogas slurry concentrates with active substances to enhance product functionality is a major way to increase value to biogas concentrate products and reduce the cost of membrane concentration treatment.In this study,biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.was prepared by combining concentrated biogas slurry with Bacillus spp.,and the effect of biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.on the growth promotion and bacterial inhibition was investigated by seed germination and in-dish inhibition tests.The results showed that:The biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.significantly promoted crop germination and displayed inhibitory effects on soil-borne pathogenic fungi.Among them,the 1000-fold dilution of biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.significantly promoted seed germination and growth,and had the strongest effect on seed root growth.Stored at room temperature of 25℃for one month,compared to CK,the root lengths of cucumber,wheat and cabbage seeds treated with 1000-fold dilution of biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.increased by 73.3%,45.2%and 51.7%,respectively.The inhibitory effect of biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.on the growth of pathogenic bacteria gradually decreased with the increase of dilution ratio,but the inhibition rate was higher than 60.0%in the concentration range of this experiment.Besides,the suppressive rates of biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.with 10000 dilution and stored for one month on F.oxysporum f.sp.Cucumerinum,F.oxysporum f.sp.lycopersici and Fusarium solani reached 65.3%,72.6%and 79.5%,respectively.In conclusion,the biogas slurry containing Bacillus spp.displays significant effect on growth promotion and bacterial inhibition.
