摘 要:目的将动态价值流方法引入门诊化疗流程管理中,对医院现行门诊化疗患者诊疗流程进行价值流分析及优化,改进关键医疗服务流程。方法运用基于三角模糊数的动态价值流对门诊化疗流程进行分析,评估优化效果。结果优化后,门诊化疗患者输液等待时间由优化前的139.00±45.28分钟缩短至82.00±31.69分钟,患者化疗预约比例从20.0%提高到67.5%,门诊化疗患者满意度得分由优化前的92.80±7.19分提高至98.30±2.99分。结论动态价值流理念及方法的应用缩短了门诊化疗患者输液平均等待时间,提高了门诊化疗患者满意度。Objective The dynamic value stream method was introduced into outpatient chemotherapy process management to analyze and optimize the current outpatient chemotherapy treatment process in hospitals,and improve the key medical service process.Methods The dynamic value stream based on triangular fuzzy number was used to analyze the outpatient chemotherapy treatment process and evaluate the optimization effect.Results After optimization,the infusion waiting time of outpatient chemotherapy patients was shortened from 139.00±45.28 minutes to 82.00±31.69 minutes,the proportion of patients with chemotherapy appointments was increased from 20.0%to 67.5%,and the satisfaction score of outpatient chemotherapy patients was increased from 92.80±7.19 points before optimization to 98.30±2.99 points.Conclusion The application of dynamic value stream concept and method can shorten the average waiting time for infusion and improve the satisfaction of outpatient chemotherapy patients.
