摘　　要：本文报道1例克罗恩病患者在英夫利西单克隆抗体治疗期间并发肝结核的诊治过程,以期提高临床医生对肝结核的认识,加强炎症性肠病患者接受生物制剂治疗期间对结核的主动监测,警惕肺外结核的发生。We report a case of Crohn′s disease complicated by hepatic tuberculosis during the treatment of infliximab.Reporting this rare case aims to make clinicians better understand hepatic tuberculosis,emphasize the proactive screening for tuberculosis,and also raise awareness of extrapulmonary tuberculosis in patients with inflammatory bowel disease during the treatment of biologics.
