摘  要:本文阐述了沧州机车车辆维修分公司的机车车轴涂油工艺线改造方案,基于自动上下料输送机械手,设计了车轴自动涂油机,以提高铁路机车车轴检修效率。自动车轴涂油机系统可实现铁路机车车轴防锈油、防锈漆的全自动涂刷作业,减少操作人员数量,降低工人劳动强度,消除安全隐患,压缩作业空间。但自动涂油装置要求涂油位置和涂料供给控制必须精确,所需要的自动供油系统、涂油执行装置、烘干系统及车轴驱动系统要求连锁控制,这对自动车轴涂油机控制方案的自动化程度及结构的合理性提出了很高要求。基于此,本文论述了设备的结构形式及构造特点,以期为后续设计提供参考。This paper describes the transformation scheme of locomotive axle oiling process line of Cangzhou Locomotive and Vehicle Maintenance Branch.Based on automatic processing loading and unloading conveying manipulator,automatic axle oiling machine is designed to reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce safety risks,and improve the maintenance efficiency of railway locomotive axle.The automatic axle oiling machine system can realize the automatic painting operation of anti-rust oil and anti-rust paint of railway locomotive axle,reduce the number of operators,reduce the labor intensity of workers,eliminate safety risks,and compress the working space.But the automatic oiling device requires that the oiling position must be accurate,the coating supply control must be accurate,the required automatic oil supply system,oiling executive device,drying system and axle drive system must be interlocking control,which puts forward high requirements for the automation degree and the rationality of the structure of the automatic axle oiling machine control scheme.Based on this,this paper discusses the structural form and characteristics of the equipment,with a view to providing reference for subsequent design.
