摘 要:目的评估成人骨性Ⅱ类患者不同垂直骨面型上颌窦容积(MSV)及口咽气道体积的差异,并探索MSV与口咽气道之间的相关性。方法选取成人骨性Ⅱ类患者90例,年龄、性别严格匹配。应用Mimics 21.0软件对所有样本的锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)影像进行双侧上颌窦及口咽段气道的三维重建,分别计算出其体积。使用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计学分析,比较不同垂直骨面型、不同性别的MSV及口咽气道体积差异,并探索MSV与口咽气道体积的相关性。结果成人骨性Ⅱ类患者平均MSV为(18360.42±3747.41)mm^(3),左右侧MSV组间差异无统计学意义;男性明显大于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在垂直骨面型分组中,高角组MSV明显大于均角组和低角组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),均角组大于低角组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。成人骨性Ⅱ类患者平均口咽气道体积为(17517.80±6056.33)mm^(3);男性明显大于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);从高角组、均角组至低角组口咽气道体积逐渐增大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MSV与口咽气道体积呈负相关,相关系数为-0.458(P<0.01)。结论在成人骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者中,下颌平面角较大者,MSV较大,口咽气道体积较小,且MSV与口咽气道体积呈显著负相关。Objective This study aimed to evaluate the differences in maxillary sinus volume(MSV)and oropharyngeal airway volume with different vertical osseous faces in adult skeletal ClassⅡpatients and explore the correlation between MSV and oropharyngeal airway.Methods A total of 90 adult patients with skeletal typeⅡwere selected,and their age and gender were strictly matched.Using Mimics 21.0 software,3D reconstruction of bilateral maxillary sinuses and oropharyngeal airways was performed on cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)images of all samples,and their volumes were calculated.SPSS 21.0 software was used for statistical analysis to compare the differences between MSV and oropharyngeal airway volume in different vertical bone profiles and genders and analyze the correlation between MSV and oropharyngeal airway volume.Results The average MSV of adult skeletal ClassⅡpatients was(18360.42±3747.41)mm^(3),and there was no significant difference between the left and right MSV groups;males were significantly larger than females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the vertical bone surface type grouping,the group was significantly larger than the average and low angle group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the average angle group was greater than the low angle group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average oropharyngeal airway volume of adult skeletal ClassⅡpatients was(17517.80±6056.33)mm^(3);males were significantly larger than females,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);from the high angle group,the average angle group to the low angle group,the oropharyngeal airway volume gradually increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MSV was negatively correlated with oropharyngeal airway volume,and the correlation coefficient was-0.458(P<0.01).Conclusion In adult patients with ClassⅡskeletal malocclusion,those with large mandibular plane angles had larger MSV and smaller oropharyngeal airway volume,and t
