摘  要:试验旨在研究不同刈割时间和储存时间对黑沙蒿水提物的抗氧化活性的影响。采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将黑沙蒿分别于7、8、9、10月刈割后制备黑沙蒿水提物(AOE),研究测定不同刈割时期和不同存储期的AOE对铁离子(Fe^(3+))的还原力及其对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和羟基自由基的清除力。结果显示,7月刈割制备的AOE对DPPH自由基、羟自由基清除能力及对Fe^(3+)的还原力最强,8月次之。随着AOE浓度增加,AOE清除DPPH自由基能力明显增强。与新鲜制备的AOE相比,储存1、2、3月后,AOE清除DPPH自由基、羟基自由基清除能力明显降低。研究表明,AOE可作为潜在的天然抗氧化剂资源,刈割时间和储存时间会影响AOE的抗氧化活性,7月刈割且新鲜制备的AOE抗氧化能力最强。The the experiment was to study the effect of different cutting time and storage time on antioxidant activity ofArtemisia annua water extract.A single factor complete randomized design was adopted.After cutting Artemisia annua in July,August,September and October,the Artemisia annua water extract(AOE)was prepared,studied the reducing power of AOE to Fe^(3+)and its scavenging power to DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals in different cutting periods and storage periods.The results showed that AOE prepared by cutting in July had the strongest scavenging ability to DPPH free radical,hydroxyl free radical and reducing ability to Fe^(3+),followed by that in August.With the increase of AOE concentration,DPPH free radical scavenging ability was obviously enhanced.Compared with the fresh prepared AOE,the scavenging ability of AOE to DPPH free radicals and hydroxyl free radicals decreased obviously after storage for 1,2 and 3 months.The study indicates that the Artemisia annua water extract can be used as a potential natural antioxidant resource,and its antioxidant activity is affected by cutting time and storage time.The Artemisia annua water extractcut in July and freshly prepared has the strongest antioxidant capacity.
