摘　　要：试验旨在应用CNCPS提出的碳水化合物和蛋白质分类方法,对云南省北部地区(曲靖)、南部地区(红河)、中部地区(昆明)和西部地区(楚雄、大理)采集的云上黑山羊常用13种精饲料进行营养价值评定。结果显示,在蛋白体系中,南部地区的豆粕的非蛋白氮(PA)含量最低,中部地区的膨化大豆的快速降解真蛋白质(PB1)含量最高,南部地区的豆粕的中速降解真蛋白质(PB_(2))含量最高,西部地区的豆粕的酸性洗涤不溶性蛋白质(PC)含量最低。在碳水化合物组分中,西部地区玉米的碳水化合物(CHO)含量最高,中部地区的大豆粉CHO含量最低,北部地区的玉米果胶(CB_(1))含量最高,北部地区的麦麸可利用纤维(CB_(2))含量最高,西部地区的玉米不可利用纤维(CC)含量最低。研究表明,在CNCPS蛋白组分中,南部地区的豆粕营养价值最高;碳水化合物组分中,西部地区的玉米营养价值最高。The aim of the experiment was to evaluate the nutritional value of 13 concentrate feeds of Yunshang black goats collected in the northern region(Qujing),southern region(Honghe),central region(Kunming)and western region(Chuxiong,Dali)of Yunnan Province by using the classification method of carbohydrate and protein proposed by CNCPS.The results showed that in the protein system,the PA content of soybean meal in southern region was the lowest,the PB1 content of extruded soybean in central region was the highest,PB_(2)content of soybean meal in southern region was the highest,and PC content of soybean meal in western region was the lowest.In terms of carbohydrate components,the content of CHO in corn in the western region was the highest,the content of CHO in soybean meal in the central region was the lowest,the content of corn CB_(1)was the highest in the northern region,the content of CB_(2)in wheat bran was the highest in the northern region,and the content of CC in corn in the western region was the lowest.The study indicates that among the protein components of CNCPS,the nutritional value of soybean meal in the southern region is the highest;among carbohydrate components,the nutritional value of corn in the western region is the highest.
